Deborah likes to study the Bible. She likes doing Bible studies on different topics from the Bible. She likes this style of studying because it helps her to focus on one subject at a time. Deborah uses scriptures from the King James Version of the Bible, that is her personal preference, because that is what she grew up learning and it is the one she is most familiar with.
The Daily Devotion blog is under the Daily-Bible-Reading page, where we will study the Bible together. The online Bible Study will be a Daily Devotion consisting of Bible Verses with a commentary, a prayer of the day and a Christian Music Video. This is where we will be able to do our Daily Devotionals and learn together. Being raised in church and saved at an early age has made faith a big part of Deborah's life. It is the one thing that has really helped her get through all the trials of life. Depending on the Bible, God's word to comfort her, strengthen her, guide her and lead her through life. This is why it is necessary to study the Bible daily by having a Daily Devotions, and keep a daily dose of the Bible in your life. By sharing what she is studying and learning with you and studying the Bible, with other people it is her desire that through this Bible Study we can learn and grow together in Christ.
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17, KJV
In order for us to strengthen our faith it is imperative that we study the Bible. It is even good to read it aloud. You notice that the verse above says that faith comes by hearing the word of God, so if you read it aloud, not only are you speaking it, but you are also hearing it.
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12, KJV
